Lincolnberg was patient and were willing to listen to our ideas and made sure we got what we wanted. They always made time to answer any questions we had and if they didn't know the answer they knew who to send us to. The superintendent in charge of the building of our home was an excellent help. He explained in detail why things couldn't be the way we wanted and made sense.

We purchased a home from Lincolnberg last year and have been terribly upset by the finish. We had a composite deck built on the rear of the home. They pushed large quanities of mud blocks, debris and trash under our deck. The only way for us to remedy this is to have the entire deck removed. We followed this up with Lincolnberg and were told this is how they do it. It is beyond unsightly and highly noticeable. If we'd known how poorly they finish their products we would never have dealt with them. Buyer beware.

First impression is always important and that's why I think having a great group of sales for this builder helped them earn my business. That being said, I just want to point out few people I met along the process of my purchase that stood out and really helped me out: Ken, John, Kim and Ali-Sun! Thank you!
