Awesome experience buying with City Homes! We were looking for a house for quite some time. We looked at everything from “Front attached single family” to “condos” and pretty well everything in between. We decided we liked the room of a front attached duplex and the price tag that went with it. We stumbled across City Homes and met Antoinette, I honestly cannot say enough good things about this lady. She made the whole experience fun and pain free, we have had so many good times and laughs with her through this whole process. I honestly think of her of more of a friend now then just someone I had done business with. I would never hesitate to recommend her or City Homes to anyone. On possession day she had everything good to go and ready for us, and even gave us a little thank you gift, not necessary but was much appreciated. My sales experience overall was awesome, but the good experience does not end there, Brandon was extremely helpful going over and explaining every aspect of our house before we took possession. We noted a couple of minor deficiencies after possession and when we emailed warranty Brandon was in my house that very day looking at the problems and booking with the trades to get repaired. Overall the whole experience has been awesome, this is such a small tight knit group of people to work with. You can tell they actually care about you and the product they sell you. If we ever move I would not hesitate to deal with this company again.

I love my home, i hate the builder, if your looking to buy a new home please please consider all your options before picking city homes, i say this from experience not opinion, they are very quick to say that it is normal wear and tear or that it was someone else and not them so they dont have to deal with it, its honestly been headache after headache and it will be a relief when we no longer have to deal with them, you would save yourself time and money just to take care of things yourself and not even involve them.
