We recently purchased a Look Haus INFILL. We visited countless infills and the overall quality of our home is amazing. We did our due diligence, and met with all the major infill players. They are NO fly by night! I would highly recommend these guys if you are looking to live downtown. My wife and I were impressed with the professionalism, their systems, how they explain features of the home, and how quickly they reacted to our questions! I would highly recommend buying from Look.

I wouldn’t build with them again. I could go on and on as to why, but I won’t because my personal list is too long. The one thing I will say is, the staff was generally friendly and professional, but not enough to merit giving Look a positive review. We fell in love with a floor plan and a neighborhood, and that left us a little short-sighted. If you’re thinking of building with a new home builder, go knock on a few doors of the homes they’ve built and ask the home homeowners what they think. Make the most informed decision as possible. The devil is truly in the details

We have worked along side Look Master Builder for many years now and overall it's been a great relationship! Their homes are beautiful and well built. We would also like to express that the LH warranty dept. is very well organized. As a trade we are given very strict and intense timelines to get our warranty work completed quickly and efficiently, their warranty dept. certainly is NOT lacking in this area, we have seen this first hand and we are always impressed with the kind of importance they place on keeping their clients happy!

Our company absolutely loves working with Look Master Builder; we provide their granite and quartz countertops. Their entire team operates in a friendly and personable manner, which goes a long way in our industry. Their designer, Shilo, spends a ton of time selecting options from us, so their homes always reflect what is popular on the market—trendy and contemporary—yet at an affordable price. And they really boost their customer’s experience by providing uniquely-crafted individual colour boards—called take-home boxes—which allows each client to take home a sample piece of every finish they selected. This memento is an uncommon touch, yet a great way to commemorate the excitement of new home building. Way to make a special moment even better Look Homes!

There are so many builders to choose from in Edmonton, do not pick this one. Many of the concerns that we had were brushed off as "normal" and we were told that "most homeowners buy new/better ones as soon as they move in" such as front door handles, vent covers, etc. Not really expensive stuff, but an odd thing for a builder to say. The employee that did the warranty walk through with us tried to fix as much as he could himself instead of calling in the proper trades. He was a carpenter, however he suggested that he could do a plumbing fix, and was going to do a paint job so "they could charge the guy more to fix the parging to punish him" not sure how that works, but not something he should be saying to us. He was a nice guy, but not very professional. Our 1 year warranty is now up and we are still waiting on a few things to be fixed and now we are not hearing back from the builder. I have asked the employee that organizes all of the warranty problems to have a VP contact us and it has been over 2 weeks without any response. Avoid the hassle and do not choose this builder.
