We are first time home buyers and bought a home in Timber Ridge. I would not recommend Laebon to any friends or family. The quality of home we live in is a disappointment, the customer service is horrendous and nobody cares with this company. Their top soil was done to final grade (of Laebon standards) to wreck our rotatillar as there was multiple chunks of rebar, rocks, tree trunks etc. Our cabinet doors were installed incorrectly but can’t be fixed cause Laebon signed off on it. All in all I will never buy a Laebon home again and will make sure none of my friends or family do either .

Very happy to hear that the company has some amazing staff, I built with Laebon some years back, it was a terrible experience, the so called staff at the office don't care to help, they have very bad attitude. no matter how you explained your problems.Their warranty people are so terrible, even till now some work in our house was not completed, did a terrible job in the basement too, never build with them again.

Corrupt. Will make back door deals to screw over families. Do not recommend doing business with this company unless you have a lawyer on retainer.

I have lived in the 2020 apartments just a little over a year. Love the new environment and the resistance that live here are very friendly. but I can't believe how people don't follow the rules, and people who do follow the rules get frustrated. For example NOT PICKING UP AFTER THERE DOGS!!!!!!! And leaving doors open when there a big notices on all the doors....Do NOT jar the doors open, but they do and mice get in, then they complain about that,it's one thing after another....And I can't afford to move again..... Even people who run this place do and do not follow.....Thanks......
