We have had the pleasure of having True-Line build our last two homes. They are wonderful to work with, all the way from the office staff, Nabil in sales, Andrea in design and Derek & Ernie our site supervisors. The whole team is so professional and they hire only the best trades around. We have built four different homes with different builders in Red Deer and True-Line was by far the best! They keep their building site clean, they are quick to respond to any questions and concerns. We were given keys to our home so we could look in on the build at anytime. Most builders have you make an appointment to view your home under construction. They are very responsive in helping to solve any issues after we moved in. All warranty work was done quickly and to our satisfaction. Thank you True-Line!!!

Very poor quality work, looks ok but within a few years it looks terrible, from the ceiling to the dry wall lines, endless amount of lower quality work that they won't stand behind, cupboards all losing paint, toilet not installed right, garage heater caught on fire, glue that holds sink in on granite island was wrong and sink dropped down, carpet not installed correctly endless ,issues, they don't remember who you are, been here a few times and don't even know my name. I can post pictures for those who want. They have been here and don't warranty it so don't believe anything they say about getting it fixed. Just an update. They came to look at all the issues of the house and said they will not cover any of the mistakes of there quality of work. Please do Not build your house with this company.

The following is the experience I had building a home through True-Line Homes in Red Deer. As you know, there are many builders to choose from in the city of Red Deer. That being said, quantity and quality are two different things. I believe that a home should be designed and built by a construction company that understands what ‘quality’ really is. True-Line Homes is that builder. From the first meeting with Adrian Karsten, new home consultant, my wife and I knew we were dealing with a professional company. Adrian spent many hours explaining the process of the build as well as designing our custom floor plan for our home. He wanted to know what we wanted in a home so we would be happy, not what the builder thought was easier to build. We were informed that we are welcome on the build site at anytime during the build…no appointment necessary. Wow, there are not many builders who offer that freedom to their clients. You have to ask yourself, why shouldn’t I have free access to my build, it is my home and my money that is paying for the build! I was at the build site daily. I wanted to make sure the walls were level and square…the way a house is suppose to be built. Not many builders make that a priority in this city. I would bring my own level and carpenters square to check…I never found one thing wrong, and I really tried to find something. I had the opportunity to work closely with Brian Glass, the site supervisor, “little’ Phil from True-Line Homes as well as many of the sub-trades. Brian was a pleasure to deal with and was always available to answer any questions I had. Unlike many other people I know who have used other builders, I enjoyed the building process and I am happy to say that I continue relationships I made with Brian Glass as well as some of the trades people years after the house was completed. What really makes True-Lines Homes outstanding is their after sales service. Brian Glass has gone out of his way to make sure my wife and I are happy in our home. We were experiencing some drainage issues that had nothing to do with True-Line Homes, but did involve Melcor Developments. Brian took it upon himself to come and see what the problem was and then contacted Melcor on our behalf to explain the issue to them. Within a week Brain and the Melcor representative were on site and before I knew it, Melcor had a crew re-grading the area behind our property for better drainage. I thank Melcor for the fix, but I truly am impressed with Brian Glass. It wasn’t his job to get involved with this issue, but he took it upon himself to make sure we were happy, and we are. To conclude, there are many home builders in Red Deer who will promise you the best home ever and deliver a cookie style home that just meets building standards. If you want a custom home, for the same price of the other builders, where the build quality is well above the average and you have input from the first time you sit down with Adrian Karsten, through the building process with Brian Glass and his team, then True-Line Homes is the only builder you should consider. Working with True-Line Homes was liking being part of a family…without the drama and the arguments…lol. Ralph Cervi Red Deer, AB

I'm a single dad with a rare blood disorder which is crippling my life. I asked true line Homes to see if they'll help us with a home before I die. I can only hope they can get back to me before things go south. They are doing their best for the community regardless if they help me and my four kids. God bless
