Overall a smooth & transparent experience throughout with the Urban NW Team, & topped off with an excellent final home to call our own. Each member was happy to help us with any questions or concerns. Allison made sure we had the contract perfect to our liking from the start. From there, Jennifer H was very friendly in guiding us through our selections meetings, ensuring we would have everything we wished for down to the last detail. Jordan H gave us our first orientation/ walk-through, along with Jen H & Matt. He wanted the home to as perfect as we did, pointing things out to be touched up that we didn't even notice. He & Matt taught us about each part of the home, and gave great tips on how to best maintain it. In a few days everything had been touched up & finalized to our liking, and in time for closing. We are happy with our newly built home.

My husband and I built a home with Urban and just moved in this month! We are so happy with our new home! The building process started in the summer and they got it done really quick. Everyone (Allison, Jennifer and Matt) we worked with were great and our agent helped us with all the appointments and kept track of all emails and paperwork which was super helpful since you talk to a handful of different people. Jordan lead our walk through and he was amazing, super funny and friendly. He made sure all touch ups happened and showed us how everything worked in the home. We closed on time which was great they were able to keep to the timeline!!

We've owned our Urban NW home for a year and had a great experience!! We have a home in Urban Oaks and haven't found ANY neighborhoods like it in Vancouver. Michelle, our Warranty Manager, has given us excellent service in the few things we needed after our year inspection. She has been on top of the process completely and reached out to the vendors who contacted us immediately. She made the process very, very easy and painless which we really appreciate. She's always personable and easy to deal with. We thank her and the whole Urban team. Thanks so much!

We recently purchased our new home in Urban's Red Barn development. From the outset our experiences with everyone from their realtor, customer service dept. to job-site supervision were professional and congenial. Jennifer in Customer Service was excellent on follow-up and follow through and was very helpful throughout the entire process. Jordan, our primary on-site contact, was also very responsive, thorough and professional. We are very satisfied with our new home and pleased that we chose Urban. Our only caution (and this is on us) is to be clear exactly what features are included in the home you chose. The spec homes that are used as models often feature upgrades that are not in your "base" cost. And the brochures can depict some features that are not in "base" cost. No one was deceptive, we just weren't as thorough as we should have been in understanding exactly what was and wasn't included. Having said that, we are still very pleased with our purchase. Additionally, our experience with warranty work has been exceptional. Michelle in Urban's warranty department has been excellent on scheduling subs for minor repairs and is great with follow-up.

We are officially owners of our new home and the wife and I are extremely pleased. It's absolutely gorgeous and is exactly what we had asked courtesy of the hard work everyone at Urban NW went through. The process was smooth and simple and even moved in a day early. So thank you Jordan, Matt and Jennifer for all the time you put into our home, and we're looking forward to the many memorable moments we will have and our wonderful new home to spend our lives in!!!
