We love the acreage home Trickle Creek built for us! We are very particular and have very high expectations but Trickle Creek exceeded those expectations. The quality is very high, the house was finished 5 months early and the final price was on budget. The spec level was very high and saved us from having to make many upgrades. We had a great first impression of Trickle Creek and that carried on throughout the entire process. It was consistent no matter who we were dealing with. The entire team treated our home as if it were their own and went above and beyond for every aspect. Trickle Creek proactively changed things we may have never noticed. We didn't feel the need to micromanage the build as we could tell early on how organized and thorough they are. Trickle Creek had a groundbreaking ceremony for us, a possession day celebration for us, and invited us to events during the build (and after). They did a lot of little (and big) things to make our the process and finished product amazing. We would build with them again for sure and recommend them to others.

We at Nu-Way Floor Fashions have been honored to be associated with such an upstanding company as Trickle Creek Custom Homes. Their team of professionals are always available to discuss the project s we are jointly working together on. The team at Trickle Creek have been amazing partners who are continually looking for ways to improve on the processes for both their trades and customers. As a trade I would highly recommend Trickle Creek Custom Homes to anyone looking to build a home with unique features and a beautifully finished product!

I have been working with Trickle Creek for 3 years now. They are an amazing group of people to work with who I would recommend to anyone considering building a new home. Their homes are amazing to walk through & no detail is over looked. I have been in the building industry for 16 years & still walk through their homes in awe. You won't be disappointed.

We have been working with Trickle Creek for several years now and they are consistently easy to work with, and great to work for. They are always on the lookout for the clients best interest and are able to achieve that while at the same time keeping their trades happy. I am happy to recommend them to any of my family or friends as I know the end result will be positive!
