The AVI sales team was amazing! Impeccable service and with me every step of the process. Kassandra the Sales Manager was not only professional, but also took the time to make sure that all my questions were answered. In large part, she was one of the reasons why I purchased at Duke.

Coming from a new home sales background, I feel the need to give special mention to the sales representative Kassandra. She is knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to work with. I truly feel Kassandra is exceptional at her role, and would recommend her to anyone looking at condos in Mission!

I am an owner in this building and can say 110% that my customer service and neighbourly experience with the AU sales representatives has been nothing short of amazing. I have been present during times when these complaints have been placed (during day time hours) and the sound, nor the response from the owner of the unit have been inappropriate. The Duke is an outstanding community of people who are tight knit, partake in social events together and can call upon each other in times of need. It is disapointing that individuals do not experience the same, however I do believe the fact that someone would defame an individual in terms of their career, based on an unseemly concern speaks to their character. I would recommend living or buying in this building as it is truly the first place I have lived in Calgary I am proud to call home

A new build with great amenities, currently renting from an owner and considering actually purchasing a suite in this building at some point. Despite the minor nuances that have come with living in a new build (poor water pressure, thermostat control etc.) we do enjoy the aesthetic and quality of construction. However mine (our) main complaint is due to Avi representative who is not only sales person for building but also a tenant. They appear to have little consideration for us as neighbors. We share a wall with their suite, and though we understand some noise is to be expected. We have repeatedly contacted them about the bass from their stereo system. The response we got was "It is only one speaker" and "You can hear everyone" and "I can't help you sorry". As a sales representative for the building I expected a bit more tact and greater sales acumen. I guess once you are already in the building and spent your money (good thing we haven't) customer service goes out the window.
