Do not waste your money to buy home from pacesetter . This is the worst experience I have ever had with this company . No promises no system no follow up. The fire place they put in I have not been able to use it. Lots of issues with the house more than 25 appointments in less then a year.

Avoid by all means. They are a manipulative, lying, and a deceiving company. Once they get their money they leave your house incomplete and ignore your calls. We moved into our house in November 2017 and today is July 2018 yet, we still don’t have our front nor back yard complete. Side of the house is not safe to enter or exit from because it’s also incomplete. This company is not even worth one star rating.

Buy what you think is a quality product. Shortly find out that poor workmanship has been disguised to get past warranty period. Pacesetter will not honour their horrible work. Broken plumbing fixture that was disguised by adding a huge amount of silicone that has since caused $$$$ of water damage and they hide behind "warranty period over". Now I have to file a claim to recover damage. DO NOT BUY from the Sterling Group of Homes!!!!!
