Sterling staff have all been excellent and eager and quick to respond to any concerns. All details are dealt with no matter how small. Time schedules were kept and if any changes needed to be made the staff were happy to accommodate as best as possible. Very happy with the workmanship of our home.

We were pleasantly surprised and confident with the care and attention to detail from the day we walked into this home building adventure. At the very beginning Doug and Amanda worked hard to gain our trust and built us a home we could be confident and fall in love with. We were treated really well from the start and all our concerns/questions were quickly addressed. It is clear Sterling Homes worked hard to ensure we were happy with our home. We have both built homes in the past and were happy to see high quality construction with particular attention to even the littlest details that for other builders are considered "extras" with high additional costs. The trades were all very good if not top notch in our books. It was as though Sterling spared no expense to ensure anything was to our satisfaction. In the end, dealing with Tricia and Nick in warranty, was an incredible experience. It's nice to know that they are allowed to be the "fix it" people and get things done right. We feel so blessed to be living in such a beautiful community. THANK YOU Sterling Homes!!

1. The level of details provided to us is much more than other builders in the area when we were shopping around. This was very helpful for us. 2. The adders or deletions were very clear to us. 3. The experience with the sales person (Cheryl Mason) was exceptionally well. She guided us throughout the building process. She provided us with different options as well to consider. Cheryl raised the bar so high that we don’t know if we’ll be comfortable with any other sales person - even within Sterling. We have built two houses in two years - 2014 & 2016 - in Legacy with Cheryl. The entire building experience was just amazing. 4. Obviously, we’ll recommend Sterling to our friends.

We genuinely wouldn’t want to build with another builder other than Pacesetter. The entire experience was amazing. The true quality of workmanship is shown throughout our home. If we had any challenges, our concerns were dealt with quickly and professionally. We enjoyed the process of being able to make changes to the plans and how knowledgeable the Sales department was and their expertise. The construction team was outstanding. They truly are passionate people who take pride in what they do. Overall a tremendous effort from all and we are incredibly grateful for the beautiful home that was built. Sincerely Evan and Zoraida
