Was interested in purchasing a multi-family property and came across PCH. Upon my review of their portfolio, build quality and business reputation I was confident I was partnering with the right folks. I have no hesitation in recommending PCH, and will continuing to engage them as I build out my real estate portfolio.

We've been working with Professional Custom Homes for well over 2 years. They build high quality residential units including single family and multi family homes. From designers to project managers, it's always a pleasure to work with the PCH team.

We have been working with PCH Ltd for 5-6 years now and they are one of the most professional and well-organized builders. We always have quick and efficient communication with them as their staff is very well trained and polite. We never have issues with their schedules and they are always prepared ahead of time for the trades to go in and get the installations done.

I moved in end of September 2022 and so far my duplex is pretty decent. PCH has been decent to work with thus far, but we did have some communication issues with a couple of upgrades and changes to the house that didn't get done. The warranty submission form is easy to use and they reply relatively quickly. It is a little difficult to schedule trades people to come as PCH has limited flexibility and there have been times when they show up late or unannounced. Most warranty submissions have been for various touchups and missing items, nothing major yet. The people who I've dealt directly with at PCH are very nice and usually try to fix the various issues quickly.

Bought an infill from PCH in 2019, and as a first time home buyer the process was smooth and stress free. The builder was responsive and attentive to our concerns during the warranty period, and we have received good value for our money on the purchase. I would recommend them to other and purchase from them again.
