Wonderful experience from start to finish. Time estimate was exact and all work was finished on the date given. Furthermore, if touch ups were needed, they returned promptly and completed them without question. In addition, work was beautifully completed. Would recommend Homes by Us to everyone.

We purchased our new Homes By Us home in 2017 and have been extremely happy with the results. The design process went smoothly and left us with the custom house of our dreams. We are really happy with how the finishing and function of the house turned out. Any issue that came up during the build was resolved promptly and to our satisfaction. Any service call we made after moving in has also been handled well without issue. Overall we are very happy with our home and would recommend Homes By Us to anyone looking to build a custom home. -Ryan

My house was built by Home by us three years ago. They are very good builder company. I think I am a very picky customer but their service is really impeccable. We often had many ideas come out in the construction process, but they were patiently helping us. It was really a perfect cooperation. They also provide a good after-sale service, which is also the reason I like them the most. Whenever I contacted them, they immediately helped me solve the problem. Now my home is perfect, because of their best service and quality provided to me from beginning to end. If I have another house to build up next time, I will continue to cooperate with them.

We just took possession of our new home and we couldn’t be happier. From our initial meeting to when we received the keys last Friday, homes by us has more than delivered on their promise to build a beautiful home for our family. I had heard stories from others about how building can be stressful and how things go wrong but our experience was all positive. The initial meetings, choosing the home and settling a contract were fun and exciting for us. The process of building through their design centre was also excellent, they gave us so much time and care and were brilliant at guiding our decisions so the house achieved a real consistent design flow. They worked with us and didn’t just take orders, they gave us advice and direction. We had some ideas about a basement bar and media space for example but with their help we got a dream bar and media room instead! The whole house is better than we imagined and we couldn’t be happier. And all of this delivered well ahead of our expected possession date . Now that’s it finished we’re almost sad it’s over and will definitely miss working with them. Very much recommend this company!

I usually don't write reviews but I feel compelled after experiencing an amazing build process with Homes By Us. From the get go, the folks at Homes By Us were professional, attentive, and worked with us every step of the way to ensure we ended up with our dream home. More importantly, the people we worked with, from the owner all the way to the trades people who built our house were amazing. If we found an issue, they fixed it...right away. Above all, the communication throughout was just awesome. I would definitely recommend Homes By Us. They did an excellent job on our house.
