We had a terrific experience going through the new home build process with Shane Homes. Erin and Cheryl at the Belmont office were awesome and made the whole adventure so much fun. Erin responded to our questions promptly and ensured we got the right support every step of the way. We were so excited to take possession a couple of weeks ahead of schedule. Great job Shane Homes team!! We loved it.....

Absolutely delightful experience dealing with Troy Dixon and John Hamilton at Shane Homes. The sales team was very helpful guiding us through the process. They patiently answered our questions and it was easy trusting them. Our home is still under construction and we have been getting timely updates on the progress (with pictures). We love that we are able to customize certain features in our home and we can't wait to take possession. We would definitely recommend Shane Homes to friends.

After many attempts in finding a place to call home, we were so lucky to have found Shane Homes. Many other builders only gave us little information or they were not engaged in helping us. We visited the Show Home in Legacy and John was amazing! Even though it was not the right home for us, he pointed us in the right direction and now we have a place to call home. We are currently in contact with Troy and he is very professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. I definitely recommend Shane Homes to my friends. Also, we had a great experience at the Shane Design Studio and Tricha was amazing. She was patient and explained everything to us with excellence. Thank you, Shane Homes!
