Truman means quality, professionalism, and excellent service. From the very beginning until signing the contract, they were very responsive (especially Gina), helpful and understanding. I'm very happy with the decision of buying a condo from them, and I hope they keep offering the same customer service, quality and responsiveness until and after the closing date. Looking forward to keeping business with you Truman.

I couldn't miss the opportunity to invest in this condo development with Truman Homes. The designs are modern and a perfect fit for my lifestyle. Dealing with the team through the purchasing process has been excellent as well. Team members have always promptly responded to my queries and roll out is on schedule. I highly recommend and can't wait for my new home!

I purchased one of Truman upcoming Condominium in Calgary. I must say their homes are very affordable compare to there counter parts. My mode of communication so far with is company is via email and phone and I must say I am impressed. I got reply in time. Also confirmation of payment was follow-up accordingly. I highly recommend this company. I won't mind buying another property in a heart beat when I have enough funds for down payment offcourse. Keep up the good work Truman Homes!

A friend of mine recommended Truman to me last year. After a thorough research, I decided to purchase our first investment property outside Ontario. Truman is one of the best and the most trusted builder. They have new projects released every month and their price is very affordable and fair. I couldn’t be happier dealing with Truman, their team customers service is excellent and very professional. The entire purchase process was through online and hassle free. All of my inquiries and questions were answered in a timely manner. I highly recommend Truman to anyone who is interested in investing. I look forward to my unit completion and when it’s closing.

After months of research, I finally made the decision to purchase an investment property in Alberta. I specifically wanted to purchase through Truman Homes based on their reviews. Thankfully, I was able to purchase a unit in the Lockwood Chelsea project. My experience so far has been positive and the Truman Homes team have been responsive and helpful and made me feel extremely comfortable in my decision. If I ever have the opportunity to purchase another investment property, it will definitely be though Truman Homes.
