We recently bought a home in July and are very impressed with everyone involved at Brookfield. The process from start to finish of a new build ran very smoothly and the attention to detail was/is outstanding. They have been very approachable and have fixed any issues in a timely matter. We used Virtuo move-in concierge through Brookfield and before using them did not think that moving would be such a breeze, especially with a young baby. Thank you Brookfield for building our dream home and for your outstanding customer service.

INITIATION: The Brookfield residential team went well beyond the regular call of duty throughout the process of my house purchase, demonstrating what real customer care is about. PLANNING: I also can't recommend Virtuo (the complimentary move-in concierge) highly enough. They made the process of moving an event to look forward to and they delivered on their promise! EXECUTION: Finally, Mountain Movers (the moving company) were the icing on the cake and executed the move professionally and quickly with no damage at either location. OPERATION: I am having a great experience. I would do it with Brookfield if I had to do this again.

f you want a fabulous experience when buying a Townhouse then Retreat at Brookfield is where you should go. We knew as soon as we saw Riverstone that we loved the area however, finding something within our price range we didn’t think was possible. Thank you Brookfield for coming to our aid. Our sales rep was Liz, her expertise and easy attitude made our decision easy. The customer service we received from every staff member at Brookfield is to be commended. Thank you also to our Move in Concierge, Robyn and Rocky at Virtuo. I didn’t think moving could be stress free. You both made it possible.

When we were looking to buy a house, we absolutely fell in love with Brookfield Residential's house design and layout. We will never forget the first day we walked into the show homes and were blown away by it. We were house hunting for 5 mos and found a move-in ready home that was absolutely perfect. The staff were all helpful and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything and make sure we were extremely satisfied prior to closing. Moving to our new home was truly an enjoyable stress free experience with the help of VIRTOU Move-In Concierge. Our house is absolutely beautiful and we have so much space to fill it up with all our family time together and many memories to come. Thanks to all the staff of Brookfield Residential for making our house become our "Home"

We bought a home with Brookfield' in Riverstone just before Xmas , and the experience we had with Brookfields staff was extremely positive especially Luc Poirier if it wasn't for him I don't think we'd be living in this beautiful home , so thank you Luc you are amazing , they also provided virtuo a move in concierge they supplied awsome looking plastic boxes instead of cardboard they stacked so neatly and were so much easier to use , Robin Sherwood was awsome he got everything hooked up to my new home and supplied a moving company to help us move ,of course it was a little stressful because of the busy time of the year ,but between Robin and the brook field team it all worked out great . I would definitely recommend Brookfield to anybody .
