Top notch builders. Great quality homes .

SUCH AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE!! We built with augusta fine homes 2 and a half years ago, and had such a wonderful experience with them. After reading the one and only review for them on google, I had to make sure I wrote our experience down. We built our dream home, and augusta was so easy to deal with. Our sales guy was pretty good, but as they're mostly only the initial part of your experience, I must comment on the rest of our dealings with augusta. The trades that they use for everything you need in your home are TOP NOTCH. Painters, drywallers, siding, lighting, appliances, finishing, flooring, cabinets, electrical, plumbing, etc... ALL very professional and very accommodating. Our construction manager was a dream, and listened to all of our requests with an open mind. We were hoping to move into our home earlier than what they were projecting, but were told that they would rather have it done right the first time than rush our move in date. And boy are we happy we waited!! Any minor issues that we had with our home afterwards, were all dealt with in a timely and professional manner. I would highly recommend augusta fine home to anyone looking to build a high quality home!! We went more of the custom route, and were happy with everything.

I would strongly urge people to go elsewhere. Quality is poor, sales representative is awful and the construction manager needs some serious people skills as he is downright degrading and a horrible person to work with. When we got our house, things were falling apart everywhere. That's the kind of 'quality" house they gave us upon possession after paying them that much money. They barely even finished, trying to slap together things they missed the last week only to get their money on time, which looked HIDEOUS!!! There is no reasoning with these people, they will NEVER EVER compromise or meet you halfway, it's their way or no way. Even the smallest things they will charge you an abundance amount of money even if they know they are overcharging, they simply don't care. However, when they are wrong, they ask us to look at other options so their asses can be saved. Just a horrible company. There were only 2 people we found bearable to work with and then they FIRED THEM!! Oh and don't get caught up in that ridiculous sales pitch by the sales person there. Sure she's nice at first, but if you want to be ignored AFTER you give her your deposit because she wants to try and get new clients (literally, there were times we waited 30 minutes or more because she was busy talking with potential clients. This after having an appointment and with our 2 babies we brought with us...) then sure feel free to believe her. Oh and if you love being blamed for pointing out other people's mistakes (you're NOT quality control so "back-up" and let people do their job and hope they find these errors) and not actually being in your side, then definitely you should go with this company. And lastly, if you want RUDE and SARCASTIC emails from these people, especially the sales lady, who is technically supposed to be in your side to help you through this horrendous process, then sure go with them. I've heard from many people about the terrible stories of house building, but no one has ever head the ridiculous stories I've had to tell because of this company. People are generally shocked about what we have had to go through because of them, even if they have built a house before. They're liars, thieves and someone I would never recommend. I try to make sure people know about them because I wouldn't want others experiencing the same kind of horrible experiences we have. They're beyond unreasonable and building "quality" houses is just a way to get people in. They hire cheap labor and make as much money out of you as possible while making huge profits on their up charges and premiums.
