With his professionalism and leadership skill sets, Jeff has made our experience during the development of our basement an absolute pleasure. In addition during the execution, Brad's attention to the details and dedication coupled with his drive to constantly aiming for perfection have resulted in our dream basement that reflected what we have envisioned when we initiated our project. Melanson coordinated the renovation of our entire main floor, focusing on the kitchen, where we had two walls removed, the ceiling vaulted, new hardwood floors, new cabinets and lighting. We are delighted with the result. Jeff did a great job coordinating with a terrific group of suppliers , Brad provided the day to day quality control, and Brent was the hands-on talent for much of the work. The bulk of the work was completed within the two-month time frame we had agreed on, and we were very impressed with the quality of the work and the eye for detail, to make sure we would be pleased with the final product. We heartily recommend their service.

I'm going to be honest - I was completely overwhelmed by the idea of finishing our basement - until I sat down with Jeff of Melanson Homes. He literally took all of the stress away, and was friendly, well priced, and professional. We are absolutely THRILLED with our new space - thanks to Melanson Homes & Construction. I kept waiting for some sort of surprise or hiccup to pop up along the way - but it didn't. Brad kept everything moving along smoothly. I would highly recommend them ! Seriously - book them now, before they're booked solid!
