We have just finished a major renovation using Frank, Brent, Maria and Stuart at Kurmak Builders and couldn't have been more impressed or more pleased with the results. My wife and I have undertaken major renovations before with other builders and have had mixed experiences in the past but I have to say I couldn't have been more impressed with Kurmak's professionalism, their attention to detail and their communication skills. Kurmak use a communication tool called Buildertrend which allowed us to sign off on all materials, see a real time picture of their overall schedule, track progress, track costs and overall stay 100% connected with the Kurmak team (and their sub-contractors) throughout the whole process. The communication could not have been better. In the end the project came in on budget and two weeks early. The scope of this project was large. Kurmak replaced our whole Kitchen and lighting, re-furbished our fireplace, flattened our knockdown ceilings, carpeted our upstairs and replaced our flooring with wide-plank oak flooring throughout the 1400 sq.ft. main floor. We chose to remain in the house throughout all of this work and Kurmak, and their sub-contractors, were incredibly respectful and accommodating throughout the whole experience. If we were to do any work in the future I would look to Kurmak first and my wife and I would recommend them highly to anyone else considering a home renovation.

We love working with Kurmak Builders! We've had the opportunity to work with Frank and his team on multiple projects and the experience from start to finish has been top notch. They truly care for their clients and their client's homes. They offer high standard customer service and quality. They can tackle any custom design with precision. His trades are collaborative and great to work with; they are clean, professional, and honest. If you are thinking of doing a home renovation or new build, I would highly recommend Kurmak Builders for your next project.

We had our master bathroom completely redesigned; a window taken out, closet door location moved, shower moved etc. The original space was not very efficient or large. My husband is very particular about details and Frank and Kyle always listened and dealt with our concerns. At one point the granite was installed improperly in the shower and Frank took one look at it and said it would be redone. It was done the next day. If Kyle said that a contractor would be there, the contractor would always be there within the time frame, unless something unforeseen happened. But we were always informed. Susan had great ideas for the redesign that made the small space very efficient and beautiful. Wow, is the usual response when people see it. We were so happy with the renovation we are now tackling the kitchen, main bathroom, and laundry room. We look forward to seeing this next stage completed

As a trades person who has worked with many Calgary home builders over the years I like how well the people at Kurmak plan. They communicate well when they expect services to be needed and if things change have been quick to notify us so that we can adjust our schedule. I can only assume that their customers are as well informed about the planned work.

I would like to express my sincere thanks to Frank Cooper and Kurmak Builders for making my walkout development a reality. All details related to the walkout, materials, and project execution were professionally defined during project design, which resulted in a high quality renovation, per original budget, and most important, on-time. Certainly I will recommend Kurmak to my friends and colleges or to anyone interested on my feedback Regards
