My wife and I are looking at options for purchase and stopped into the show suites. Staff were helpful allowing us to browse the suites at our leisure, then return for questions, "the run down" and sales info / materials. I liked the set up. To bad you can only tour the older models, not the new ones being built (I understand you can just build new show suites every time, and the sales staff is helpful in showing you the differences in the newer models). Overall a helpful experience.

Absolutely horrific experience! Do not buy anything from Brad Remington! It has been a nightmare since I moved in. They have refused to fix any deficiencies in my condo even though they are obviously made by the contractors and trades during construction. In fact, I had them play the blame game and actually call me a liar and infer that I had caused the damage even when there are other people who noticed the damage on my possession. The quality of construction and sound proofing is terrible. I'm on the top floor and I can still hear everything from my neighbours. The finishes are cheap and window coverings inadequate. There have been ongoing security issues as Brad Remington didn't install effective security doors or parkade entrances. The design of the condos is horrible - can you imagine getting a bathroom without any towel racks? The worst is that the Brad Remington group refuses to acknowledge or deal with any of the issues. Their customer service is HORRIBLE!! They pass the buck and take zero responsibility for anything. They DO NOT stand behind their product. Whatever you do, don't buy homes or condos from Brad Remington. You'll have nothing but regrets!!

I like the Sam and Ashley commercials, they're funny and clever. They are the best on the radio! I was looking for a condo and the commercials pushed me to My Legacy Park, so they definitely helped. My Legacy Park is a beautiful development. The show suites are amazing, there is something there for everyone and the condos were bigger, better and offered more than I thought. Everyone was great, they helped me figure out what I needed vs what I wanted. In the end I got more than what I thought I could afford, I'm very happy. Overall 10 / 10
