The staff was amazing all the way thru the purchase. I am extremely satisfied with my condo and all the upgrades I did. I would highly recommend Brad Remington Homes.

Absolutely horrific experience! Do not buy anything from Brad Remington! It has been a nightmare since I moved in. They have refused to fix any deficiencies in my condo even though they are obviously made by the contractors and trades during construction. In fact, I had them play the blame game and actually call me a liar and infer that I had caused the damage even when there are other people who noticed the damage on my possession. The quality of construction and sound proofing is terrible. I'm on the top floor and I can still hear everything from my neighbours. The finishes are cheap and window coverings inadequate. There have been ongoing security issues as Brad Remington didn't install effective security doors or parkade entrances. The design of the condos is horrible - can you imagine getting a bathroom without any towel racks? The worst is that the Brad Remington group refuses to acknowledge or deal with any of the issues. Their customer service is HORRIBLE!! They pass the buck and take zero responsibility for anything. They DO NOT stand behind their product. Whatever you do, don't buy homes or condos from Brad Remington. You'll have nothing but regrets!! I wish I could give them zero stars!!

I had an issue in my apartment that i purchased in December 2016. Within a year some plumbing problem came out. It was fixed in professional manner. I give 4 stars only because it took 4 months to fix it.

If I could give less than 1 star rating I would. Before you buy in My Legacy Park. There is only 1 elevator in a 4 story building that breaks down more than it actually works. I've been on it a few times and it dropped me once. So, now I usually take the stairs. It does not have wheelchair accessible doors. Their "soft closing hinges" do not close the first time unless you slam them shut with all of your might. Their go to slogan is that their drawers are "soft closing, not self closing". What does that mean? They tried to repair, but the trades person admitted that they weren't very good cabinets and have wanted to get a better manufacturer, but the builders refused even though it's one of their biggest complaints. The underground heated garage is built to have 4 buildings worth of tenants, but it's impossible for 2 way traffic in or out of the garage and the parking lot. To get onto the street to get to anywhere you need to make a U-turn due to a boulevard. The property tax is not only for your unit, but there's a separate property tax on your parking stall. The sound travels throughout the building so people complain about noise often. The recycling and garbage isn't readily accessible. There have been a number of break ins so security isn't well managed. I hear loud cracking noises in the condo a lot. The salespeople are quite nice, but the construction is less than mediocre. PS. Kristin Waterhouse, who is shown as giving a 5 star rating for Brad Remington works for them. Just saying... Also, I was threatened to take down this review. This is my honest review. This is my experience. I'm not here to defame, but to open eyes and share my experience.
