We recently purchased a front attached garage home from Hopewell and we are absolutely elated with the results. Graham and Ron were a superb sales team and we cannot thank them enough for their thoroughness. We received updates during the entire building process and our questions/requests were always promptly answered. Graham provided honest communication with us during our signing and we feel confident that we made the right choice. Our site manager, Jeff, was very attentive during our walk-throughs and seemed to genuinely care about the quality and craftsmanship that went into our home. The whole process felt surprisingly stress-free and was completed well before we anticipated! No delays whatsoever! We HIGHLY recommend Hopewell to all future home buyers!

My fiance and I have been in our new home for almost two months and have been very impressed with the process/team. Ronn and Graham were excellent throughout everything. Great sales team and they were able to get answers to our questions quickly. They were down to earth and not pushy, which we appreciated. I was also unsure of the design selection initially as someone said previously, though the options are beautiful and Carrie helped immensely to ensure everything went well together. Love how everything turned out. Lastly, shout out to Derek our site supervisor. He gave lots of good tips and was very thorough during our multiple walk throughs.

My wife and I had an amazing experience working with Ron and Graham. They were very knowledgable, helpful and always prompt with their responses. Both gentlemen really enhanced our buying process with their guidance and expertise. We really enjoyed our Hopewell building experience. We have just recently moved into our new Hopewell home about a month ago, and we have been very pleased with the quality of our home. We have had an excellent experience along the whole process, starting with the sales team, with Graham and Ron. Always prompt to answer our emails, and assist with any questions we had. We were slightly skeptical of the new design process, as we had built before with another builder and it was quite different. Hopewell's process was much more efficient. The options seemed limited at first, however we found the exact style that matched our taste, and would've picked the same options even if there was more selection. Our site Supervisor was also very helpful, giving lots of great advice for maintenance, and had a good understanding of how everything worked. Couldn't be happier!!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Chalsey and Rachel with Hopewell! From the moment we met them at the opening of the new show homes, we instantly knew that we were going to work with them. They were so friendly, and even on their busiest day (the grand opening) they still took time to answer all of our questions and give us really honest and detailed answers about our inquiries. Once we decided to purchase it was truly the easiest experience ever. They have everything so clearly mapped down and have the whole process down to a science. While everything seemed to follow a pre-set flow, we truly still felt like it was a very personalized experience. It was always a fear of mine that once we bought a new home and they had our money that the level of service would decline - not with Chalsey and Rachel!! The whole experience has been so in-depth, tailored to our needs and informative. We have loved working with Hopewell as a whole and have already recommended them to many of our friends and family. Thank you Hopewell, Chalsey, and Rachel for making our first home building experience easier and less stressful than we could have ever imagined!
