Working with Genesis homes was the greatest home building experience we’ve ever had. Our previous home builder went bankrupt and Genesis came in to save the day. They took the time to ensure our selections were translated to the new agreement and that everything was as hoped for. The staff are what make this company hum. They are meticulous in getting all the details worked out. Jacqueline in particular is an absolute all star. She coordinated and project managed the build. She gets back to you with timely updates and makes sure you are happy with everything. The workmanship on our home is executive level. The quality of work absolutely amazes. Greg, our construction manager, was on every little detail and made sure all the trades were executing as expected. Many quality issues were noticed by him before us having to worry about correcting them. We are beyond happy with our home. The overall the experience of building our dream home with Genesis has left me wanting to reward Genesis for doing everything right. Genesis took the stress out of home building by being responsive and planned out. I have built with 5 other home builders so I do recognize the difference. Trust me and get it right by building with this energetic team, you won’t regret it.

Genesis is such a great company full of amazing, hardworking people. I love how they always go the extra mile in little things just to help us out and satisfy the customer! I look forward to show off my genesis house to friends and family! I totally recommend genesis.

We moved into our beautiful Clover Design home a month ago. We are very happy with the home now, however the process of getting to where we are now has not been one of pleasure. The sales team was very kind to start but that changed quickly once the papers where signed. We had little to no input on the finer details of our new home. We were the ones who needed to initiate phone conversations on who to call to pick flooring, who to call to pick tile and so on. Many details were left to last minute and we were forced to make uniformed decisions over the phone without even knowing what we was choosing. Only the reassurance of "It will look good". There was a miscommunication on the doors we requested. We were told it was our fault and we would be responsible for paying for the doors. We were told to hurry and sign the documents to not delay our house any further. We developed under our stairs which did not allow enough room for the linen closet. We requested a refund for the closet as we paid for it and never received it. Still waiting for a response. Very poor communication and customer service all around from the entire sales team. The customer is definitely not a priority. All of that being said, the warranty and construction side of Genesis has been absolutely outstanding. They booked every appointment with us and sent reminders to my phone. They arrived before us every time to prep the house for our viewing. They listened to our every concern, made notes, and resolved every issue. Karl from warranty went through our new home with us and explained how everything works. He also gave us helpful tips on how to maintain our home over the years. We can not say enough about the site super Jamie. She went above and beyond for us. She answered all the questions that the sales team refused to offer a response to, EVEN ON A WEEKEND!!. Within the first two weeks of moving in Jamie came to visit the house when she was in the area to make sure everything was in order. Thank you Jamie and Karl for making the end of our experience a memorable one. To the sales team. I am still waiting for your response.

Genesis is one of the best builder in Calgary. It is good choice for your dream Home. And they have a very good service for all either of 3 months or 9 months inspection, they will take care of very well. Specially from warranty side, Mr.Merwan his is the one of the best person ever I see, he is talking care of very well. I m so happy that I brought the house from Genesis. Thank you!

Very helpful people, they know exactly what a first time homebuyer need from them. Worked with us at every stage and made the process as easy as possible. Highly admire Elaine, Dejan and Karl’s efforts to educate and assist us. They have been very patient and cooperative. You guys know how to establish and maintain long term relationship with the customers. Cheers!
