We bought a brand new home through this builder in Nolan Hill. The house was very dirty post posession. A lot of touch ups were needed which should have been taken care of prior to posession. Also, the paint used is very bad quality. Even trying to wipe with just a damp cloth has left visible marks on the walls. Also, the workers who came to do the touch ups were pretty unprofessional. In a nutshell, it hasnt been a very good experience.

DO NOT EVERRRR GO FOR THIS BUILDER,,, one of the worst builders EVER so the company is owned by a group of Indians who want to make easy money so they give you lots of upgrades in the house with even a cheaper prices than a reputable builder which attract you at the beginning to buy the house ,,, but all the hidden infrastructure is GARBAGE furthermore they know absolutely nothing about quality control or customer service ,,,once you signed you are done they will give you a hard time to come back to fix anything and actually sometimes they send you a cheap contractor who will ruin the item instead of fixing it...so pay more BUT go for a reputable builder who will care about his customers and his reputation.....
