I have purchased my house from Neil Greenwood over 14 years ago and to this day, it has been the best house ever. I have had many friends who at the same time were building their homes and they had to have the builder come back many times to fix things or redo things. The house has been fantastic and with no issue whats ever. And when it comes to Warranty work, Neil has been nothing but fantastic and I have nothing but good things to say about this guy. Shortly after I purchased my house, when I was away, my house was broken into. We were away and a neighbor notice the breakin. My back door was smashed in, When Neal found out through one of his neighbor, He sent his people to come and replace my door and to make sure my house was safe, while the police was still there. During the big flood both of my neighbors basement flooded, ( their house were not build by greenwood) while my house was dry. I believe Greenwood Homes have great quality and great workmanship. and I would by again from Neil if I decide to move. Vittorio Oliverio

Horrible experience. My wife and I bought our first house off them for us and our two kids, have had nothing but issues. Trying to get him to honour the warranty was next to impossible on the multiple problems on the house. We are still dealing with many of the same issues that existed during our warranty that he's basically ignored. The more tradesmen and experienced builders we had in the house could only shake their heads and laugh at the horrible workmanship on next to everything. I genuinely feel bad selling this house to anyone but honestly cant wait to get out of it. Please listen to this review DO NOT buy a Greenwood home
