Yeah, I'm sure not everyone gets the same rep or build coordinator or whatever... But I have really enjoyed working with all 4 of the people involved with my home design and build. As an organization I feel like most of the Fieldstone employees care about getting our stuff done right. I can't speak to exceptions or one-off bad experiences that people have with reps... But we are 6 months into our build that is wrapping up next month and we have been happy with the process so far. We had two corrections needed upon the frame walk inspection and they were both taken care of in a timely manner, and I was satisfied with the attention that was given to detail. I grew up building homes with my Dad who is still an architect and engineer, and I still do a lot of my own home maintenance and improvements, so I'm coming from a place of some experience when I say that their homes are in the top 10% of what I have seen out there by private contractors or other large builders. EDIT: We are almost a week into our new home and had a sprinkler issue, and our fridge water outlet was not running either, but the sprinkler pressure issue was resolved quickly (before the sun murdered our new sod), and the fridge water outlet is getting fixed on Monday (submitted requests on the warranty site on previous Monday). I am happy with the response time so far for the issues. Neither was an emergency so 3-6 days for repair worked fine for us. We are still very happy with our overall experience with Fieldstone, and their partner companies.

They are not honest. How likely am I to recommend them to a friend? zero. I wouldnt even feel good about recommending them to someone I didn't like. Bait and switch. Sending someone to come "talk" with you who will say one thing to your face an another thing in email. It comes down to this. They don't care about what is right, or what is fair. It's ALL about money. Unless the city keeps them in check I believe they will take advantage of their customers as much as they can. It has been a terrible experience to deal with them over the past years.

Don’t know what’s going on with the review from this other Dan he must be tripping! Our experience with Fieldstone was great!!! The construction manager was super accommodating and always kept in close contact with sales manager. They took care of us throughout the whole process. They built us THE BEST HOUSE (I think I even remember the sales manager saying our option selection was the best he had ever seen) If there was ever a problem, maybe only one or two, everyone went out of their way to help solve them - we even got the manager coming to make sure we got taken care of. Highly recommend Fieldstone!!!!
