I bought my home over a year ago. I had my one year warranty repairs list done up, they got half of the list completed. I had 3 or 4 more things left I wanted fixed and they said it would be no problem and completed soon. Well it's been 6 months now and made multiple calls and voicemails and still no response. Warranty manager just ignoring the calls. Home quality was ok, customer service was a huge disappointment and I would recommend buying from a builder who cares more about their customers. I mean, it is usually the biggest purchase of your life.
