I am new to learning of Amron although I have heard many good things about this company over the time I have been here. I must say I'm very impressed so far. I have relocated my business to a permanent location after being open and closed and working from home the past few years. (health reasons). I met Gary and was shown a space he had for lease. After looking at several places prior to learning of the space Gary had for lease I was literally blown away when viewing the property. An immaculate space. Well kept, nice layout and a very reasonable price in comparison to what other owners were charging for much less. Gary answered and addressed all my questions and concerns (very minor) and ensured I was comfortable with the transaction that took place. I must add too walking in to the main area you are greeted right away, you almost feel like family when talking with staff there. The cabinets and wood work in general (from my untrained eye) appear and feel to be very well made.

Average experience. There's better out there but there's also a lot worse. Currently in a 9 year old Amron home. Their motto is "Still Setting The Standard". Just had a routine problem with our kitchen faucet, realized the plumbing contractor they hired didn't even put simple valves on any of our sinks in the home. Would've taken a extra few mins and an extra few bucks for them. Cost me a couple hours and a minor headache today instead. Might be minimum code, but certainly wasn't "setting the standard" on this one. Also have a freezing cold master bedroom in the winter. Had City worker come over with thermal camera to take pictures. He found an entire column (between studs) was substantially colder than the rest of the wall. Pictures don't lie, Amron said they'd come over and "adjust our ventilation". There's some positives, there's some negatives. Overall in my experience with two homes, it's simply average. Was really disappointed today with something as simple as shut off valves missing from the sinks, hence the 3/5 review. Just my personal experience and opinion.
