In 2015, I built my duplex with Welcome Homes. When it's time to build my next one, I will use Welcome Homes again. Having them build my duplex took nine months and during that time, Paul, Fernando and Mike made the process for this first time home owner stress free. They were meticulous in their paperwork and informed us of what had to be done every step of the way. They also let us know where we were at in terms of budget and scheduling. Years later, they continued to make themselves available to us for various things such as mortgage issues, the GST rebate and 1 home warranty issue. At the conclusion of the construction contract, Paul handed over a binder of correspondences, bills paid and any other important information a new home owner would want. That's how meticulous they are. They definitely went above and beyond. Without hesitation, I recommend this builder for your next home. You won't be disappointed.

I built my current home with Welcome Homes Construction and if I had to build another I would use them again. I've know several people who'd had good experiences with this company in the past which was the reason I chose them in the first place. I have to say that working with them exceeded my expectaions and they went above and beyond what I would have ever expected of any builder. Custom homes and great honest cusomer service.

I was cut off on 82 st. by one of your company vehicles as the driver was speeding and weaving in and out of traffic. This was on a Sunday, so I would imagine this vehicle was being used for non-company purposes. Based on the very unprofessional way this vehicle was being driven around I would assume the rest of your services are also unprofessional and would never use this company for anything.
