There are not enough words to express the gratitude i have for this company. They really value their customers and ensured that our dreams came to reality. The whole team puts in quality work and a true effort to produce a beautiful end product. Ever since i moved in, I've received nothing but compliments. The process was also very easy and smooth, and if there were any concerns, the team addressed them in a very timely and professional manner. I'd recommend this company to everyone and i myself will be a returning customer for any future home purchases.

Gill Built Homes was extremely helpful, professional and they immediately understood what we were looking for. They showed us multiple fantastic options and took care of everything. I was a first time home buyer and could have not asked for a better experience. Everyone I worked with in the process was friendly and knowledgeable and went the extra mile to communicate with me and make sure I was happy. I would't hesitate to recommend his services to friends or family.

I’ll start by saying I’m not an easy customer to please. I gave Buta a hard time from start to finish but Buta and his team were always accommodating to my requests. I was skeptical of Gill Built as I had never heard of them before. My husband and I had previously backed out of 3 deals with other builders prior to choosing Gill. We almost bought with Jayman, Pacesetter, and Blackstone but ultimately chose Gill because of our experience with Tony from Gill Built. He worked with customizing a floor plan that suited us, and offered suggestions that optimized value added to our home. We spent months with back and forth plans and details and he did all of this before we even signed a single document or gave him a single penny. With Gill Built, we barely had to upgrade anything. Almost all upgrades came as standard in their homes and even the things we upgraded on, we were charged reasonably or possibly below cost in some cases. The build process was all up to us. Gill Built allowed us to meet with each and every one of their contractors and we picked every detail out with one on one consultations with each sub. It was an experience I found very transparent. The subs were friendly, helpful and patient. I went back and forth and changed my mind multiple times on many things and each sub responded effortlessly. I made some big changes on the fly and they kept up with my request. Added a barn yard door after doorway was framed in, and repainted the house a different color after it had already been primed. Upgraded my shower when it had been plumbed in. They met my requests when most builders would have said no. Even after we took possession of our home, Buta and his team were accessible and responsive. They came in as soon as possible to fix any of our concerns (which were not major by any means). The paint crew is amazing, they have come to do touch ups when we took possession, at 3 months, at 6 months and at 1 year. They were quick, thorough, friendly and even touched up the damages my 2 year old son had made! It has been 1 year now and we love our home. Building with Gill Built was only stressful at times because we called all the shots, but i appreciate that we were even allowed to every step of the way. We were rarely told no because Buta and his team just wanted us to be happy with our purchase. We are happy with our home, and we are glad we chose Gill Built over the other builders we almost bought from. I feared we would have difficulty getting a hold of Buta and his team after we took possession, but this is not the case at all. Buta, Tony, Sunny, and all their subs have been remarkably responsive and approachable. With or without notice. Their efforts to please us does not begin or end when we’ve paid for the house. Their service has been consistent from the first day we met Tony, throughout the build with Buta, and through the last year after possession. Thank you Gill Built for building us a beautiful home.
