Would not recommend building with this company. The people below me are 100% accurate when they say these houses are poor craftsmanship and once closing is done, unfinished projects get no priority. We just moved into our home in April- and things are just falling apart left and right. Door frames aren’t aligned, sink broken, etc. just absolutely poor quality. Please do research before building with this company as I wish we had done more!

DO.NOT.BUY.FROM.THIS.COMPANY. I repeat.... DO.NOT.BUY.FROM.THIS.COMPANY. Houses being built to quick for their own good. No quality craftsmanship and absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. Buying a home is a major life choice. Don't let this company put you in the crapper.

My clients love their home and Thomsen Homes was very accomodating with my buyer's closing date. It was a bit harder this past year for sellers trying to get their homes sold and our offer was contingent upon my clients selling their personal home. Thomsen Homes was willing to work with them during the process so that they could eventually get into their dream home! Thank you!

They show their quality of work. We lived in a house before this Thompson home that was over 89 years old with NO foundation issues. We buy a NEW Thompson home last year and we have a leaky foundation. We have already have had our Warranty inspection on this house. In that inspection the landscaping around the foundation is caving in. I am pretty sure this is why we are having the issue with the leak. This should NOT happen in new house. Horrible quality of construction.

You all are amazing! Chris has been so helpful. My wife and I joked how non pushy you were when we designed the house and said "they should be more pushy about the sprinklers!" Haha. We definitely appreciate you all and how much you care.
