My wife an I were lucky enough to have purchased pre construction in Walnut Ridge 3. With the high end finishes we did not have the expense of upgrades. It was refreshing to walk in to a show suite and not be told that the unit we loved was full of upgrades, it was in fact the price in the brochure. We were able to pick our cabinetry & flooring colour as well as our granite.......All for the list price. During the construction of our condo, we spent many weekends “stalking” our building. The staff in the show suite were always so welcoming. The glass solarium was the main reason we looked at these condos. It is additional square footage to our home. We use it 9-10 months of the year. We took possession in June 2014 & love our condo and the amazing community. We would definitely recommend Quadra Homes with confidence. Ron & Amy

Our initial search for a condo was not for ourselves but for an elderly friend who wished to downsize. After looking at a many units from other developers we concluded Quadra Homes quality was far superior to their competition. Not only did our friend purchase her dream home but in fact we loved their development so much we pre purchased a fabulous unit in Walnut Ridge 4. Throughout the process everyone has treated us with the utmost professionalism and respect. We would definitely recommend Quadra Homes!

We live in Cedar Downs in Pitt Meadows and there are certainly some pros and cons. Pros: beautiful finishings, air conditioning is fantastic, side-to-side no noise, lovely wood floors, good layout, and excellently insulated windows, high quality appliances as well are a bonus. The grounds are quite nice and the exterior is very attractive. There's a nice little gym on our floor and seem to be other amenities in the surrounding Cedar Downs buildings. Cons: very small parking stalls (may not be relevant to some, we have larger vehicles), very small kitchen but functional as we have a pantry, unfortunately we are running into some problems with the sound. We have spoken with other tenants and the flooring is very thin and not very sound-proof so we often hear the people upstairs. We're addressing this at the strata meeting, but I feel this is a major flaw with the building. Some of the cabinets and doors are designed so that they smack into the walls, this is not a huge issue but something to be aware of. When we moved in the hallway walls were extremely dirty and marked either due to the tenants moving in or the builders moving around. Elevator is very slow and makes some strange noises and the parkade gate also is extremely slow. There are still some small building details that are yet to be completed such as repainting the hallways, finishing lighting sockets etc. The building was supposed to be ready in April but some things are only now just wrapping up. Overall the poorly insulated floors are really taking away from what could be a great apartment building and since the issue doesn't seem suite specific, we hope the strata can either set a bylaw requiring carpets or return to the builders requesting a fix. A building constructed in 2015 shouldn't be this noisy. :(

My family overall feeling towards this company is so poor, that is was a shame that I had to still give one star. Beware of your dealings with them and when you buy one of there homes. Read all the reviews and the Owners who have purchased one of there units and make sure that you have all dealings on paper. They are at least dishonest and I will never buy or recommend them to anyone even my worst enemy. Cheers......
