Myself and all of us at Chartwell Exteriors have had the opportunity to work with Epic homes over quite a few years now and am very proud of the great looking communities that have been built. Every trade that I've had the pleasure of working with from the foundation to the last coat of paint truly care about installing quality products professionally. I can personally say that its all of our goals to turn over a quality and lasting product. One of the best builders in the Maple Ridge area with a fantastic team.

Really like the location of fern grove. The staff in the show home are really nice friendly and accommodating. We were able to access our home multiple times before completion to get ideas and measurements.

I heard that the developer builds million dollar homes with cheap finishing in the home. I saw a video of the poor craftsmanship and concerns from other owners who claim the reviews were solicited and paid for with gift cards. From what I can tell there is no service department to address your concerns. I did not purchase from EPIC and would not recommend the builder after seeing the EPIC disaster video

I own an epic built home and I have been extremely happy with the lasting quality. From a realtor stand point they always been very easy to deal with from start to finish for my clients. Also very simple contracts to work with. The sales staff are very professional and available often outside of showhome hours.

Epic is a great builder. Their sales staff are friendly and very helpful. As a realtor I find their contracts easy to read and explain to clients... I highly recommend this builder.
