Absolutely dreadful experience with these guys. They will be your best friend till the time you sign the contract, after that all promises that were made will go down the toilet. They will not answer the phone and email response takes 1 week. I was promised a homes in 1 year time and ended up taking 2 and half years .Construction methods they use are obsolete. Paid them $800,000 for a custom built and i ended up with a Spec built house with garbage material all over the place , squeaky floors, leaking roof and gutters with some areas missing gutters. FAKE so called Builders like this should not exits in Vancouver!. I have filed a complaint with BC housing.

The post sale experience with Wallmark Customer Homes continues to be extremely disappointing. From the moment the keys are turned over they wash their hands of the promises made to the homeowner. A perfect example they made a mistake on an outdoor patio concrete and did not cover it before it dried and it was rained on. They did a makeshift temporary fix and asked for us to see how it looked as it blended into the other concrete. Promises were made they would redo if it was not satisfactory. The timing of this fix continued to be delayed. Now the seal is showing through the original concrete and they feel this is sufficient. They hide behind emails, yet do not respond to their emails. I suggest everyone is extremely diligent in their documentation because once paid the service goes away.

As a trade in the Kitchen Cabinet business, we have been working with Wallmark Homes for many years and they have been one of our longstanding clients. We have had the opportunity to deal with the staff in the office and on site. They are always professional, knowledgeable and helpful. We would recommend Wallmark Homes as a Custom Home builder.
