What a wonderful experience working with Peter and the Alair crew. I chose to update my very tired old condo. From the first meeting, communications were first rate. Throughout the project, communications continued to be relevant and timely. The quality of the work, the interesting suggestions for solving tricky Reno challenges and keeping a steady eye on the budget were more than welcomed. I love the end result. My family worked with Alair to completely renovate our home. Peter, Travis and the rest of the team are awesome to work with. The care they took with our project was amazing. They cared for all of the small details that made the finished home a dream. The trades that they worked with did a fantastic job. We hired Alair Homes Delta to complete a full house renovation in Vancouver. Peter and his entire team has been an absolute pleasure to work with. We were introduced to Alair Delta, Peter Nielsen, by our designer SGDI. There were two contractors who submitted a detail plan and an estimate to us at that time. Our family decided to go with Alair Delta and we were very happy with Peter and the entire Alair team, and the outcome of their work. The project started right away as soon as both parties signed the agreement. It was dead in the winter with snow and ice, and the weather was grim with repeated rain days and nights. Alair team and our project manager Travis was there every day supervising the work and the trades relentlessly. It moved along very well until the renovation was completed. The delivery was a little delay due to a few undecided decisions on our part, but we were nonetheless extremely delighted to see how our home had transformed and how beautiful it is now compare to before it was renovated. Peter is professional, always keeps his promises, accommodating, and very easy to work with and talk to. His positive energy and outlook, and enthusiasm can be felt by everyone around him throughout the entire project. Peter and my son become good friends and I have nothing but only great things to say about Alair Delta. There are a few surprises that Alair had delivered with no cost attached to it. Alair charges the profit margin higher than other contractors/builders (partly due to its franchising rate) but the quality of their work in all aspects had exceeded our expectations. Travis, our project manager, was very approachable, friendly, detail-oriented, a great listener, and very accommodating to our needs as well. Peter delivered exactly what we want in our home, and is willing to go extra miles to make some changes to accommodate our wishes. Peter and Travis were both very calm when problems arise. We were not so sure what our home would be like if we went with the other contractor. Fortunately we chose Alair Delta and we have come to love Peter and his team. The entire process was overwhelming but with Alair Delta, it was not as stressful as we had initially imagined. We feel strongly that we can trust Peter and his team to carry out the work with integrity week after week. And of course we have Peter and Travis to thank for, for their dedication, quality workmanship, trustworthy, and professionalism.
