Unfortunately, for what was supposed to be the biggest, most exciting and most important purchase of our lives, it turned out to be, quite possibly, the worst purchase we have ever made. We are left with a brand new unsellable home that may cost us tens of thousands to repair. Company does NOT stand by its product!

110% agree with Harvester_0f Sorrow comments below. I am trying really hard not to write a review of how I really feel.. (because this is nothing compared to that...) I am beyond angry about my entire experience here and I have been living in my house for a week. They expect to be paid out for the house two weeks before delivery when the house is not even finished. We moved in and we had no living rooms blinds, that was the least of what was not finished. I have to submit warranty claims for everything to get done. My advice, save your money and buy a house somewhere else. There is no customer service here. I love the community and house itself, but being a first time home buyer, this was suppose to be exciting for my husband and I and it was not.

Terrible, I wish I could give them zero stars. There are many problems with our home that we bought from LCM. Had them come to fix the problems several times and it seems they would show up pretend to work then leave. Their contractors are terrible and lazy, do not buy from this company. This is the worst experience I have ever had. They lied to me several times and even whined and complained about it when they were busted. Stay away, you have been warned.

so friendly and very helpful

Poor workmanship. Only been in for 5 months and things are falling apart.Phoned office several times and didn't get any help. Told appliances were high end and priced them out and they are all lower end. We didn't get the trailer we ordered. Will not give a recommendation to anyone looking for a modular home.
