Live here now. Great selection of builders, developer guidelines ensure that each home fits with the neighbourhood. The walking paths alone are reason enough to build here. We have a tiny view but get sun all day. We love it here!

The area and nature speak for themselves so do the homes. We come here often to cover windows and it never disappoints.

The building of this area has been the cause of damage to many home below it. Because of the hundreds of blasts to build and despite city engineers wanting to the city about allowing this subdivisions to go in there are now many homes below the area that are damaged. I believe the city of Kelowna and Wilden estates will soon be looking at very big class action law suit. I am happy I selling and moving but I will be looking for payment to a damaged main water that I had to repair. That was damaged due to the blasting plus for a few personal broken items. This area is also known for the wolf pack of about 15 wolves that lives there so don't leave your pet out especial your dog. I have in the 20 years of living in the area heard about 5 domestic dogs get killed by the wolves. If you don't believe me I can send you a photo a 5 day old wolf dropping that a white wolf dropped in my front yards. My son use to feed him and now he hang around the place looking for my son.
