Our experience with Coast Catalyst Construction was top notch. Sayre was very good to deal with, he kept us up-to-date on everything, if there were any changes he was sure to let us know so that we weren’t sitting around wondering what was going on. The work is professionally executed and of high quality craftsmanship. Always on time and on budget. Sayre leaves a clean site when the job is done and is courteous and communicatve throughout the project. His crew are excellent. We interviewed several contractors while preparing for an extensive renovation project on our home and decided to go with Sayre and Coast Catalyst - a decision we’re very grateful to have made. From the outset, we were impressed with Sayre and his team. Sayre always took the time to explain our options and made sure we were well versed at each step of our project. As first time home owners we had lots of questions and Sayre always too the time to answer them. Sayre also connected us with other reliable trades and when we strayed from his network we found ourselves wishing we hadn’t. As construction progressed, we found his whole team to be skilled, timely and also friendly, which counts when you’re sharing your home for a few months! Aside from a great contractor Sayre is also a great Dad, his kids are lovely. Sayre grew up in this valley, he loves his home and knows a lot of folks, plus, where a few good deals can be had. If you can book Sayre and Coast Catalyst for your project you’re in most capable hands.

I had the pleasure to work with Coast Catalyst Construction and they were fantastic. They completed the job on time and kept my home clean and tidy after the job was complete. I highly recommend this company for any home renovation or new build. Sayre is very skilled and will also offer great options and ideas to create the best layout for your family!

Sayre and the coast catalyst team went above and beyond my expectations. They were under budget and done well before I needed the space to be done. They did an impeccable job... people comment daily and ask who did the work. Not only that, Sayre had creative ideas that added a special touch to the space.
