Amazing company! Don Ballard and his design team did our home renovations and we are beyond thrilled with our newly transformed home. We had a number of estimates and Ballard Fine Homes saved us thousands of dollars on just our kitchen and counters. The quality as well as the fit and finish on our entire renovation is exceptional. We highly recommend this company and will be using them again in the future. Trevor and Rae

Ballard Fine Homes built our custom home in French Creek and we couldn’t be more pleased. Before we contracted them, we viewed their show home and were impressed with the quality of materials, workmanship and finishing touches — many which are considered upgrades with other builders were standard in a home built by Ballard. The building process with Ballard was a great experience — actually fun and exciting. All our interactions with the owner, project manager and the employees were professional, respectful and personal to our situation. We were living in Alberta during the construction of our home, but Ballard kept us informed daily by corresponding through email, phone calls and sending photos of progress updates. Our project manager spent many hours listening to our ideas, advising and ensuring our custom requests were built to our dreams, and would quickly advise if any requests were outside the budget. We couldn’t be more pleased with the results of our home and especially with the building process. The few issues that did arise were amicably corrected. Our home was finished right on schedule and to budget – no surprises on the final price. It was wonderful moving into a new home where everything was done with quality, including the landscaping, fencing, walkways and patios.
We have been in our home now a few months and we just love it.
My husband and I highly recommend Ballard Fine Homes. They build an exceptional quality home and make the experience of the build enjoyable and rewarding.
 Wade and Germaine Dawe

Renovating with Ballard a fine ahomes has been a dream. I have been consistently impressed with the ideas and thorough knowledge the team has offered throughout the entire process. No challenge that came up was viewed as a negative problem and every step, especially the unforeseen ones, was smooth and dare I say fun?! I enjoyed the journey ALMOST as much as the superior product. When you live in the space and are surrounded by these efforts daily it is so important to have this kind of experience. I am forever grateful.
