Dave and Lisa lead a highly skilled and talented pool of professionals that are both courteous and easy to talk with which leads to the success of the LIDA Homes business. I have known them for many years and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to build or renovate their home. They have recently opened a new office in Royal Oak.

LIDA Homes were contracted to build our master bedroom addition and to renovate various areas within our rancher property including bathrooms and general living space. LIDA's trades people were professional in all aspects, reliable, respectful, on time and courteous. The quality of work was of good quality and we are delighted with the finished product. LIDA has been a pleasure to deal with, they were very customer focused, there were no surprises as the communication between LIDA, their trades people, and our family was streamlined through their online management tool which also helped with tracking budget. This tool kept much in line and reduced the potential for surprises! We enjoyed having the tool to closely monitor our spending. Any issues that came up during the building process were dealt with promptly. LIDA had us in our home on time just a few days prior to Christmas which was very appreciated! We would recommend LIDA without hesitation an in fact have on many occasions already!

LIDA homes did our kitchen renovation and addition. We are very pleased with the results. The final product is excellent and the project was completed on time and on budget. I have recommended LIDA homes to friends and family and have used them since to renovate a bathroom after a massive water leak. Dave came to the house the day I called to see the extent of the damage and had his crew their the next day to start the clean up and demo. Very happy with the workmanship and the customer service.

My wife and I had to do a renovation to accommodate moving our elderly parents into our home. The professionalism, attention to detail and creative design by LIDA HOMES was EXCELLENT!!! On time on budget with courteous friendly staff that always made our family feel comfortable and part of the project without anxiety. Mum and Dad love it!!!
