Scammers

This company is horrendous. They are completely disorganized and have extensive delays. Their PM, Hugo, doesn’t know what he’s doing and has a long history or not paying his invoices. If you are a contractor looking to do work with these guys....don’t. You won’t get paid and they will have every excuse and delay tactics.

Censorio have been great to deal with throughout the process of moving into the Elliot building in New Westminster. Our rep Kristina has been nothing but wonderful and has gone out of her way on several different occasions to ensure that everything is running smoothly in our unit. Based on my experiences with them, I would happily recommend their services.

I have actually had a fairly good experience with this team. All requests were followed up on diligently and any delays were relayed and dealt with in a professional manor. One of the employees Kristina has always been very helpful and professional. She was a great advocate for us when we were experiencing difficulties with our buzzer and when we were blamed for certain things in the building that were unfortunately being done by someone else on our floor. We have always been respected.

My partner and I are currently tenants at a building that is managed by Censorio (they are the middle man to the owner of the unit), and the person we are in touch with is Kristina. So far, we are having a great experience with her! She really takes care of us and makes sure we aren't experiencing any issues with the unit, building and strata. Whenever we have a question, she is quick to respond. Kristina has gone out of her way to help us if any issues do arise. I hope our relationship with Censorio Group continues to be a good one as we enjoy living here and hope to for some time, if possible!

Completely horrible. Don't buy their property, don't work with them, anything. They postponed completion date of our building for more than a year despite giving us a few earlier completion dates. NONE of the dates ever given were accurate, even towards the final days of receiving our keys. Their Sales/Marketing girl, Kristina, is horrible too. She's the main point of contact for buyers, and I cannot understand why. Girl can't spell and the dates she gave often times didn't even make sense (ex. Mon 22nd and Mon 27th in the same month, that doesn't make sense!). Accused me of bullying her when I corrected the date. (She was just as ditzy in person. Norwegians don't come from "Norwegia," that isn't a country honey! It's called Norway!) Our unit had many defects including a broken window which we noted during initial walk through inspections. It's been over a year and it still has not been fixed despite several inquiries. Customer service just recently left a voicemail suggesting that they assume I didn't want it repaired. Absolutely nuts. October 2018 Edit: I actually did respond to your emails and voicemails. Every time I asked about the window, I was told there was a delay in getting the materials. I actually had the screenshots posted to your Facebook page which you deleted shortly after (I guess due to all the other negative comments you were receiving from other buyers? Don't think it's slander when there seems to be no positive feedback....)

Absolutely horrible company. They don't pay their invoices!! Beware if you are providing services for this company. We have been trying to collect on our receivables since April 2017 and we get nothing but false promises every time. If you are a contractor providing services for Censorio Group, walk away. You won't get paid
