From a Broker perspective. Their ethics and policies are lacking. They are more like a "Car lot" when you go there. I have been there to look at the homes when they first came out and they only had one listed on the corner, and told me they were all SOLD OUT and did it the weekend before. I had a client go there and they wanted them to use their site agent and lender, whom are employees of the builder. I had another buyer go there and they said that they asked them if they were working with an agent and they did not ask, SOLD them a bill of "GOODS" ( my clients exact words) and then it fell through. I called the other "Agent" not REALTOR® and asked her if she had informed them whom she worked for and that they had NO representation and she said that she did not. They in my book, they lack integrity, ethics and their quality is not good.

recent development that filled up without a forsale sign ever going up. tiny lots with rapidly built houses on the edge of city limits. an occasional resell happens.

Very bad builder, they just want you to sign for closing and that is it. My washer and dryer arrived from Lowe’s today and once we connected them, the ceiling was dripping water. Plumping system is awful and the guys installed my washer and dryer told me that they have not seen something that bad. Will contact them to change plumping, carpet and hardwood cuz this is awful

Nice homes. Close to each other but where can you find brand new budget homes that are not? It's just around the corner from Hway 9, close to downtown Arlington wherein which you can find commercial establishment for your daily needs.

Tyler was so kind, calm and personable. He is down to earth and that really helped me make my decision to buy my home. Thank you so much.
