Tim built my carriage home in the backyard of our place and it was built on time and on budget. If you know anything about construction you know how rare that is. Couldn't have been happier, great quality and value.

We hired Tim to start a large deck addition and walkway that had been somewhat started but never completed. Actually the materials were purchased and that was it. He made use of what he could of the materials so that was great. Tim, and Bailey his apprentice, were awesome. Worked hard to get it done. Even when it was -15 out they were here. We especially appreciated his experience as with any job there are decisions to be made about style, materials, design etc and we had no idea. He made suggestions that we went with and things turned out great. I have several dogs, puppies etc and they were accepting of them in the yard and always made sure that gates were closed, which meant a lot to me. They were also very clean and careful to pick up nails and other potential hazards. When the job was done my husband accidentally hit one of the posts with a bobcat and Tim came out, assessed the situation, and had it sorted out and fixed within a few days. Overall we enjoyed working on the project with Tim. He has a great sense of humour, works hard, and is responsible, experienced, and professional. We would not hesitate to have him back for another project. Neil Hanon and Candice Schacher-Peachland
