UPDATE: So it has been a little over a year since my initial post and I wanted to say that nothing has changed and my family and I are still very pleased with our A&S Home, there have been no issues but we feel that if there were any that they would be addressed promptly, I would like to suggest to people to take a look at A&S homes at various stages of build and one thing you will notice around the outside of the basement is a brown colored wrap, this is a membrane which keeps your basement dry and when you look at other builders they do not have this or they can do it but will charge you as it is an "extra feature" however this is standard on all A&S homes, this is just one reason along with customer service and quality builds is why we will be choosing A&S for our future homes. I have had the opportunity to work with great people at A&S, Johnny took amazing care of my family and I and the A&S family have been so great they have gone above and beyond what a builder does, they have a customer for life after this very positive and exciting experience.

Liars and thieves. Don’t buy a house or build with them! Do not choose them! Don’t be fooled! During the inspection day (1 and a half year ago)we found lots of problems and still today are not fixed. They just make excuses and delay everything so the 1 year warranty runs out. Customer service is horrible, they never answer the phone, always straight to voicemail. If I could give them less than 1 star I would!

Its been a year in our home now and we had no major issues with anything in the house. Customer service from A&S has been amazing and they have been very helpful. The workmanship and material used are top class.we already have our 1 year service scheduled for few minor things. Definitely recommend them and will go with them again for our future home.

Very bad after sales service (Once they got your money forget about them, they will disappear). Staff is very unprofessional and no customer service skills at all

Not one to make rants online, but I wouldn’t want anyone else to have to deal with what we have with A & S Homes. We’ve had nothing but problems since our possession day, and neighbours in our development with A and S built homes are going through a similar experience. We’ve only been in our brand new home for 3 months, and already all the stone is falling off the exterior. One of the doors was broken and was finally replaced, only to be a completely different colour from the other door right beside it. They will not fix any of these issues now until spring, leaving our house looking like a complete eye sore. There are numerous issues on the interior too, some of which have already been fixed once, only to fall apart again for a second time now, and some which have yet to be fixed at all. We’re so frustrated with the poor quality of product and service we’ve received. We’ve had a lot of questions about our experience with A and S Homes from potential home buyers and we’ve had to deter them all from this builder. In a city as small as Winnipeg, with one or two degrees of separation, I cannot believe the low quality of work they are putting out on the market.
