Lisa Castro is awesome to work with and we never had any issues with her. she is very reliable and responsible and kept her promises very well. The first day I met her, I was extremely impressed with the way she talked to me. She is very honest and faithful. If I want to buy another house in future, I will retain Lisa Castro again and again. She is one of the best real estate agent in Winnipeg and I would highly recommend Lisa,you will not regret. Now we became good friends and also she is part of our family too. I will come back here to complete my review once my house is fully completed.

A company or sales persons' true attitude won't be recognized only after you have paid the money. I signed a buying agreement with Lisa Castro just three month ago and now I am sitting in my new house writing this review. The past three months was so busy, the house was nearly finished when we signed the paper, a lot upgrades but also quite a few need to be changed or clarified with the builder, Lisa, as the representative, gave us as much help as we asked, in politeness and mutual respect. During the process, I had some trouble with the bank side but Lisa gave her professional suggestions. I could have avoid the issue if I had listened to her more seriously. We also had an verbal agreement not to raise the impact fee higher than we had estimated a certain amount. But from the builder lawyer's side, he or she refused to lower the fee as the government had charged them. That does hurt the agreement from the buyer's side, a deal is a deal. It is Lisa who kept her promise, found the solution from management and finally gave me back the discrepancy with a check! That is far after we had moved in and all the fees paid ahead. A promise is kept! Lisa is reliable, responsible and I thank her for all the effort she made to fulfill the deal! Now I am looking forward to the company's warranty service. I understand every house would have some defects, only great service makes it perfect.

I was first to buy a custom build house from the Sales Representative Lisa at last year summer. She is a kind and helpful Sales that I met before and my son loves her very much! She is quite professional that understanding what the customer needs. Also, Qualico company is a reliable builder that my parents’ house built by them too. Now our house is almost ready to move in by this July, I and my son are so excited to move in our dream house! I take the opportunity here to make a huge thanks to Lisa of her big efforts to us, also the builder! Hopefully everything will be done on time!

Lisa Castro? Where do I start from? We have met couple of people who promised to do everything but at the end turned out to be a disappointment. Lisa Castro is a different person. Lisa is not only truthful and reliable, she keeps her words. She will not only be there with you but will stand by you all through. Lisa Castro is exceptional !!! she is very reliable and responsible. The first day i met her, I was extremely impressed with the way she talked to me. She is very honest and faithful. So far so good, things are moving in orderly manner. If i want to buy another house in future, i will retain Lisa Castro again and again. My advice is the Broadway view should keep to all promises as this will help both the staff and company to grow higher and higher.
