We can’t thank KDR Homes enough for helping us build our dream home. From the very beginning, the team listened to our ideas, guided us patiently, and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. We feel so grateful for their care and dedication, our home truly feels like ours.

We have been working together with KDR Homes for a number of years now and I have to say they are one of my favorite builders to work with. They install a number of high quality Central vacuum systems in most of their homes, some even with Retractable hoses. The quality of the workmanship is excellent, and their staff and owners are also excellent to work with. I would recommend them highly if you're looking at building a new home. Check out their show homes for their unique designs and styles!

We recently bought a show home from them, and the house is fantastic—great finishes and an awesome design. You can tell it was well thought out. Like any new home, there were some deficiencies, but the KDR team was quick to respond and resolve them. Very pleased. Thank you!
