so far so good haven't been there yet to go look at a mobile home so I can't really leave a post on this one asked me in after the middle of November

If I could give negative stars, you can bet I would! This company is one excuse after another!! "I'm sorry, the factory is short staffed so your house will not arrive on time", "The cabinet (that was on the approved floor plan!) was an add on you didn't pay for and we don't take afterpayment to install it", "We don't have any outstanding warranty work (even though it has now been 1 year and as still fighting for the same WARRANTY work to be done and the repair guys have each made notes on the paperwork they turn in ). Our roof wasn't sealed when we got it (it was promised in August and delivered in November), one of our doors wasn't even shipped or installed, none of the windows or doors were sealed so they leaked, and I think a 2 year okd cut out the outlet and vent holes because they are well. Run fast and fat before using them!!!!

I have seen many shops like this, and I've seen huge bathrooms as clean as a hospital.... this was like a slaughterhouse... in China.

If I could give a negative star I would. We bought the cn960 with a cape cod attic. When it snows or rains outside it snows or rains in our attic. We told Schroeder’s all American homes in November and it’s still not fixed. I contacted Champion and they said they will try one fix and if that doesn’t solve it than it’s an act of god and call my insurance. An act of god is out of humans hands (wind or hail) not a company not standing behind their product. So now the roofer isn’t responding, the seller isn’t responding, and I have a useless liveable attic that was suppose to be a game room for my 3 kids.
