Total Sham of a Company - Incestuous and Shady Dealings

Everything Sab C said below and then some. Zero concept of interior design with the décor person at Fandor. She has no clue about trends and home design and blames you for delays when she isn't corresponding. Her and her business partner are all about miraculously having a buyer for your home - for a cash assignment of course, when they back out, bam! Another buyer right behind him. Be careful with your agreement - only they can sell your home within 24 months of your purchase. Surprise! So they get commission on the front end, then again on the mandated sale with them, and then all split the cash assignment. The owner has now stepped back and the two sons are in charge. Hopefully they can change the culture and get rid of old school, corrupt brokers that give all reputable real estate agents a bad name. Stay away - the end product may be nice but dealing with the jokers here are frustrating. I am not the only one who feels this way - walk around the neighborhood and speak to people.

Fandor Homes has built a beautiful new home for me and my family at the highest standards. The place looks gorgeous. The workmanship and attention to detail is second to none. In addition to the home itself, the people have been great. It started with the selling representative, continued with the finishes rep to the site supervisor. They have all been very helpful and accommodating. Lastly, the builder was accommodating to help me and my family mitigate the impacts of the virus. Overall very satisfied and would highly recommend this builder.

Fandor homes is Not a reliable company, please don't book your homes with this builder. Reputation of fandor homes is very poor, they would take your deposit and keep it for years. keep delaying the closing dates and wont give you house on time. quality of construction is poorly done, don't waste your time with these builders. Everyone who has bought a house with them are unhappy as you can see the reviews. The positive reviews are written by the workers of fandor homes themselves lol. The staff is utterly rude, and the builder Philip ZOCCOLI is not someone you guys wanna deal with. He doesn't reply back to emails or calls and when he does its to inform how the prices have went up. ZERO STARS FOR FANDOR HOMES!!!! BUY AT OWN RISK....

Fandor Homes Accounts Payable (Alan) unresponsive to return emails or voicemails with regards to refund GRADING / SUBDIVISION DAMAGE DEPOSIT once area was assumed by city since February 8th 2017. Even visited their office once when in the area and could only talk through a window and intercom to receptionist who was not pleasant once I asked why I have not received any acknowledgment on my request. I was told Alan will reply eventually, I explianed my frustration how this is a very bad customer experience on receiving money that is owed based on a signed legal agreement as it does not take long to reply to customers. Request Started December 2017 still waiting end of February 2018 for a reply.....
