We really enjoyed our experience working with Chris Kamrath at Veridian. I did not want to build a home due to too many decisions and also being pregnant! But Chris made our experience worthwhile and smooth as possible. When working with Veridian, everything is lined up for you. It did not seem like we were customizing a home from scratch when we actually were! They made sure that everything was laid out for us-appointments with our personal builder (Richard was AWESOME) and designer. And all of our appointments and meetings were always on time. Which made for a timely and on schedule build and closing. I highly recommend working with Veridian to build and/or buy your home. I recommend to anyone who asks about our home. I never knew a process for such a big task could go as seamless as ours. And did I mention, we LOVE our home:)!

We had a great experience building a home with Veridian! Jonathon Maasch was knowledgeable, professional, organized and accessible through the entire process. We felt he really listened to us and was there to answer any question we had. We found the same to be true of Lyndsay as the designer we worked with, and Frank the personal builder assigned to oversee the actual building of our house.

We really enjoyed working with Jonathon and the rest of his team at Veridian. He was helpful throughout the entire home building process, and always made sure that we were satisfied with how things were going. Jonathon is knowledgeable about the industry, and was a great resource to have when we were looking at different floor plans. He helped us narrow down our options, and pick the lot/floor plan that suited us the best. Thank you Jonathon and the rest of the Veridian team!

Jonathon and his Veridian team are extremely knowledgeable. They deliver exceptional customer service to my husband and I as first time homebuyer. He guided us through the process ad turn it into an enjoyable experience for both of us. He listens attentively to our needs and concerns, in addition did not fail to notify us on saving tips along the way. We had a pleasure working with Jonathon and his team throughout the process and would like the opportunity to work again with him in the near future.

We had such an amazing experience building our first home with Veridian Homes! Everyone we worked with throughout the entire process was so kind, helpful, and made the process effortless. We were lucky to get the opportunity to work with Jonathon Maash and Richard Dorr, who made the new home process experience terrific! We love our new home and would highly recommend Veridian.
