Precision was fantastic A-Z. Victor was great when he came out to go over our options for the kitchen and bathroom. We started small with the bathroom. The crew worked as hard as a rhino charges. They did an awesome job and cleaned up after themselves. We are so happy we have now signed on to do our kitchen. Thank you Precision for everything!!!

I would give them zero stars but I cannot. Tried to get a quote for a deck with a roof. I saw a representative at a show in June and scheduled an appointment in 2 weeks on a Saturday. I got a call to confirm on Friday morning and then received a call in the afternoon that "it was going to be nice out" on Saturday and they were not going to be able to show up. I received a call in late September, the representative apologized and rescheduled for Saturday, October 20th. I got the call to confirm the appointment the day before in the morning. Again, I got a call on Friday evening that they were canceling the appointment because it was too late in the season to build a deck. I only wanted a quote from this company and not to immediately start. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY IN ANYWAY. If they cannot commit to showing up to discuss plans on how a project, I doubt they can build a project due to being disorganized. That is a very bad way to treat prospective customers.

I really hope everyone reads this review before choosing this company. They are hacks. I had my bathroom redone and there has been nothing but problems. The original work they completed was not done correctly gaps in the floor.... tub front falling apart.... just terrible quality. It was extremely difficult to get someone back to fix their poor work. AND just when I thought we were done a month later the tub is leaking through my ceiling into my basement. Took them 2 weeks to get out there and SUPPOSEDLY fix it. 2 weeks later it’s leaking again. Now these freaking people refuse to call us back message after message. We are currently in the process of filing a claim with the contractors registry board. DO NOT trust this company.

I have never been more impressed or thankful as I am right now , Anthony was extremely helpful and amazing , He went above and beyond what he had to so he could help us . Not only is Precision Home Remodeling Group a great company but their workers are some of the best people anyone could ask to be around. we will forever be grateful to Precision and personally to Anthony .
