The whole experience with Foreman Builders was so pleasant and fun. I was in good hands from start to finish. Tony has built a team at Foreman Builders that are all really great trustworthy people easy to work with and responsive. Every questioned answered and every concern addressed. I now have a beautifully built home, every detail exceeds my expectations and have made great friends along the way. We moved into our custom designed and constructed Foreman Builders home a week ago. After a dozen corporate moves, we decided to retire in Winchester, VA. At the onset of the process, we interviewed several builders and selected Foreman Builders because they seemed to "Walk the Talk" in terms of integrity, quality, trustworthiness, and in general, operated and conducted their business with the values we were looking for. Thankfully, our intuition turned out to be spot on! We brought in rough blue prints and got needed input and suggestions from Foreman resources and team members that were necessary at the onset of the project. We also had the participation of Foreman resources to visit the various suppliers with us to make the selections of the various choices required ranging from exterior materials, to electrical and plumbing fixtures, cabinetry, etc. The actual construction itself was executed by courteous and quality driven employees and subcontractors who were always polite, respectful, and professional, and who would take the time to answer the many questions we had along the way. The Foreman process of having a full time site manager ensures the type of continuity and communications that are crucial to manage the details and work flow of building a custom home. After being in the home for only a week, amazingly, we literally had no open punch list items! To summarize, we couldn't be more thrilled with how our home turned out. The Foreman Builders process coupled with the manner in which each employee contributed certainly yielded first rate results. We absolutely made the right builder selection to build our home - if we had to do it all over again, there's no doubt but that we'd again choose Foreman Builders. Steve and Nectar

Imagine this ... it's early-2013, you've spent nearly 27-years in the United States Air Force having lived in 14-houses, and it's time to retire from active duty. It's time to decide where the family will now settle.  You're looking for some land, you're looking for a realtor, and there is a great deal on your mind regarding the future.  This story could get very long, so I'll cut to the chase.  Christian realtor, introduces the Mattingly Family to a Christian builder (Tony Foreman).  The rest is one series of blessings after another.  With a little help from our realtor we find and close on our land purchase here in Winchester, VA.  Then my wife and I meet with Tony Foreman of Foreman Builders.  What a gentlemen, a professional, and a true Christ follower.  Tony immediately earned our trust.  For heaven's sake this man took the time to meet me at the property and we prayed over the property and the house that we may one day build.  Yes, the house was built.  Through lots of prayer, a couple of snowstorm setbacks, the house was built.  Our Foreman Home was completed in July 2014.  It is extremely well crafted, and Foreman Builder's stood by their word to correct any problems we might have with the home.  We had a minor issue with our hickory wood floors.  Forgoing the details, because really that isn't what is important, what matters is Foreman Builder's did make our floors right.  We are delighted.  Tony Foreman and his son Ken and the whole team were utmost professionals.  I can't forego mentioning Linda, Bart and Mo.  Truly a remarkable team under some remarkable Godly leadership in Tony.  Our family of five is so very blessed by our Foreman Home.  I would recommend Foreman Builder's to anyone considering a home construction project, a renovation, or as a friend this side of heaven.  I think that's the best compliment of all.  Thanks again Tony and team for helping us realize our dream of a custom home following our 27-year Air Force service-career.  May God continue to bless your business as you continue to bring glory to Him in your demonstrated excellence in home building.
